In fact, we work in a way that guarantees our clients receive assistance down to the smallest detail. We can assist you in the purchase of any type of property throughout Italy. Luca graduated with honors in Law from the University of Pisa, Italy in 2012 and in 2016 he obtained a PhD in International and European Union law at the same University.
He is practicing attorney and member Italian Bar Association specializing in real estate law and corporate law.
He is also an assistant professor at the Pisa School of Law. During his career, Luca has gained extensive experience in Italian real estate law and has assisted many foreign clients in the purchase of residential and commercial properties in Italy. He is fluent in English and Italian. He works on all steps of the real estate purchase transaction, from negotiation up to the notarial deed, and carrying out due diligence.
Stefano is an expert in the Italian real estate sector. He has been a professional real estate agent and real estate consultant for over 40 years and during his long career he has followed the buying and selling of hundreds of properties throughout Italy.
He is also a market analysis expert. For several years he was part of the OMI (Italian Real Estate Market Observatory), an institution of the Italian Tax Authority (Agenzia delle Entrate) whose activities include the analysis and research of the national real estate market. He regularly collaborates with many real estate agents throughout Italy. On our team, he deals with real estate consultancy, market analysis, relations with the real estate agencies involved and supports Luca and the architects in carrying out the due diligence.
Barbara graduated in architecture, with a specialization in landscape architecture, from the University of Florence. After working with several international firms, she founded her own studio in Florence, dealing with prestigious residential construction, fashion and retail for large brands.
She has also founded a group that designs and builds exhibition spaces and interior design, and a space dedicated to interior design and quality materials for high-level refurbishment. On our team, she carries out due diligence and also plans and manages our clients’ construction projects. She is fluent in German, English and Italian.
Flavio graduated in architecture at the University of Florence in 1996 and immediately began working with important architectural firms in Florence. That same year, he opened his own architecture studio dealing mainly with prestigious residential construction and industrial design.
Thanks to the experience gained in the luxury residential sector, he worked for many years as the technical director of a real estate investment company. On our team, he carries out due diligence and also plans and manages our clients’ construction projects.
Federico has worked as a surveyor for over 30 years, during which he has managed projects for both new construction and renovations of residential, industrial and agricultural buildings.
He is a well-known expert in construction in the entire region of Tuscany. On our team, he is responsible for carrying out due diligence for our clients as well as planning and managing our clients’ construction projects.
Serena has been involved in condominium administration for several years. At the moment, she manages around 40 buildings, including numerous properties owned by foreigners.
In our team she deals with managing the payment of bills, contacting towns or cities, paying taxes, organizing the arrival and reception of people who have rented clients’ property and the arranging and overseeing any remodeling projects. She is fluent in English and Italian. We also work with many other experts in the real estate sector to provide our clients with assistance with attention to the smallest detail.
